Mr Brendan Coyle  Sports Podiatrist

Experience:
Brendan brings extensive knowledge and experience to all aspects of podiatry. A podiatrist of 20 years, his podiatry career has taken him from Sydney to Dublin to Canberra and back to the Northern Beaches where he has built a solid reputation as a trusted podiatrist delivering exceptional care and outcomes to his patients.

Brendan has a long history of experience in the professional sporting arena. He was consultant podiatrist to Leinster rugby during his time in Dublin and was a podiatrist to the ACT Brumbies in Canberra. His time in Canberra also saw him consult to athletes at the AIS, and he spent almost a decade as podiatrist to the Australian Defence Force.

Qualifications:
In addition to his degree in Applied Science and Podiatry, Brendan has completed further studies in Workload and injury management in team sports, lower limb tendinopathy, and he is currently completing his professional diploma in strength and conditioning. He is a member of Sports & Exercise Podiatry Australia.

Approach:
Brendan brings a thorough approach to patient care. He dedicates time to getting to know his patients, setting aside time to listen and understand every patient’s concerns. Detailed assessment, accurate diagnoses, and holistic, individualised treatment plans are at the core of every consultation.

Outside of work:

You’ll find Brendan running the trails of the Northern Beaches, swimming between Queenscliff and Shelly beaches, playing soccer, and walking with his partner and their energetic pet Groodle, Teddy.
